itchy dark buttocks

Hi Anon,

Although hyperpigmentation is usually harmless and tends to occur in darker women, the itching is a cause for concern. Please visit your dermatologist so that s/he can see your dark patch and possibly even recommend medication. This isn't something that should go unseen by a doctor.
