I've been using paroxatine for 11 yrs. for depression and would like to stop taking it now. I would like to find foods to replace the drug. Please help.

Stopping your medication abruptly or without your physician's supervision is not a good idea and may have negative effects on your health.

Before stopping paroxatine, take with your doctor. Ask if there are herbal supplements which might help you manage your depression. I am not aware of specific foods which have antidepressant properties.
