You did not take Next Choice correctly. I don't know what the consequences will be.
Do you have a primary care physician or a gynecologist? I think you need to address the cause of not having a period for 4 months.
Not knowing when you are ovulating and having unprotected sex makes it very complicated and uncertain to know if you have conceived or not conceived.
Be careful when taking an emergency contraception such as Next Choice. Such pills contain high doses of the same hormones found in certain birth control pills. You don't want to be messing up your hormone levels, especially since you are not having regular periods.

yeap so i took the pill cuz im actually dont know when is gonna be my nextr period, so i dunno wanna be like freaking out around, but well knowing the fact that im not ovulating so far,i tho one was enough

If I understand you, you have not had a period in 4 months because you have lost weight and exercise. Excessive exercise, such as an athlete in training, and extreme weight loss can cause an absence of periods.
Yes, you are supposed to take both pills for it to be effective.
