Has anyone tried the new Jillian Michaels QuickStart Rapid weight loss program, Maximum strenght fat burner pills, or the Thincare international Jillian Michaels maximum strenght calorie control tablets, or the triple process body detox and clense. If so could you tell me is it safe and is it worth the money?

I bought the fat burner and the calorie control on Tuesday (4/26/11) and I'm down 3 pounds. I did feel kind of jittery but it wasn't too bad. The calorie control really suppresses the appetite. I have had to make myself eat as I am just NOT hungry at all. Will post again next week to give update. I am continueing my workouts and even working out for longer periods, I have lots of energy.

Hi! I just started using Jillians rapid weight loss system, which includes the calorie control and fat burner. I will update later to let you all know how it works. I have used things like hydroxy cut before with no results.... it made me feel funny and sick so I could never stick to it. It didnt feel safe to take.
March 22, 2011 - 9:49amI see everyone is talking on here about metabolic caloric rates.... id like to know more about this! I am 20 yrs old, 5'10" and weigh 185. Ive lost 10 lbs on the slim fast diet and by doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred work outs everyday. I dont exercise out side of the 30 day shred videos, I have a very busy schedule thats all I can fit in.
the reason I started the rapid weight loss system was because I hit a plateau in my weight loss.... I lost 10 lbs in about 3 weeks.... and now I'm stuck. I was always under the impression I had to eat less to lose weight, so maybe I am plateauing because I'm not eating enough? I take in about 1000 calories a day. 2 slim fast products and then I eat what I want for dinner.

I just bought the dieting pill pack of her's i hope it will work for me, I also have started drinking this drink, that makes me at least loose 3 to 4 pounds in 2 days,
it contains
60oz of water
1 tablespoon of cranberry juice (no sugar added)
1 dandlion root tea bag
2 table spoons of lemon juice
it works for me! Hope u girls luckk<3

March 11, 2011 - 4:21pmI'm doing a weight losing competition at my local gym and I can't seem to lose any weight even though I'm watching what I eat and working out for at least an hour 3 times a week(that's all the time i can find between work and school). I just picked up the Quickstart rapid weight loss system by Jillian Michael's ("fat burner" and "calorie control" dietary suppliments). Does any know if these will affect me during this 5 week competition?

Good tip on calories. The perception about calories is that too many will make you fat or gain weight. The comparison to the car on empty was good. I will look into it. Thanks folks.
