Has anyone tried the new Jillian Michaels QuickStart Rapid weight loss program, Maximum strenght fat burner pills, or the Thincare international Jillian Michaels maximum strenght calorie control tablets, or the triple process body detox and clense. If so could you tell me is it safe and is it worth the money?

I started my "diet" in May. I weighed 223.5 lbs and was wanting to get into shape to go to Boy Scout camp with my son. I knew there would be lots of activity and the last day, there is a big hike. So I started to get into shape by cutting my caloric intake drastically. Basically from eating anything and everything each day to under 1000 calories. I tried not to go under 1200. When it was time for camp in July, my weight was 204 lbs. The only excercize I really did to prepare was walk, sit ups, and I have a belly dancing dvd (that's alot of fun!). When I got back from camp, I was under 200! I weighed in at 198!! Of course, I knew I would be, basically 5 days of non stop activity, plus walking the mountains was great excercize. My weight fluctuated for a couple weeks, and I was getting frustrated, so I bought to fat burner pills. I am at 191.5 now and happy with my progress. I finished to fat burner pills and bought the detox and cleanse yesterday because I still have belly bloating that is driving me crazy! I have so far gone from a tight size 18 to a loose 14 in pants and tops have gone from a 2/3x to a 1x. I think honestly the thing that has really promoted my weight loss in the Progresso Lite soups. When I started, one can really didn't satisfy, but soon, one can was enough and now half a can fills me up. I try not to go over 1200 calories/day.

No, these would not be medically appropriate for you, based on many factors:
1. You are not overweight. In fact, you sound very healthy!
2. "Diet pills" do not work on specific parts of our bodies
3. If you are very athletic, you may perceive yourself as having thighs that are "bigger", when actually they are bigger from muscles and not excess fatty tissue. This is a GOOD thing!
4. "Everyone else" does not have a 6-pack, and since you are athletic, young and within a normal body weight..I hope you continue being physically active, and perhaps we can talk more about how to have a better positive body image? Please write back soon!

I just bought it today. I'll keep you updated. There is a 30 day money back deal if you are 'not satisfied', so I thought I'd give it a shot. Also at walmart it was under $30. I'm curious thougth if anyone else has had success? Does it work better in conjuction with the "calorie reducer" pills? Anyone else have any thoughts/results?

I have been on the start up kit for 1 week now. I have been eating 1200 calories, watching carbs and getting the recommended intake of fat, I drink 64oz of water and have exercise 3 times a week. I am proud to say I have lost 2 pounds.. its not alot, but I am happy with that.
