Hi, so as of today I've had my period for 2 weeks. It's a normal flow
But I'm beginning to get concerned. I'm not on any birth contral
And I'm not sexually active. the thing is is that I'm not usually regular
When I do get my period it's always at the same time, but I did not have
It last month. I guess my question is if it's normal for a period
To last longer if you miss it the previous month.

Hi Anon,
Thank you for your post!
Yes, it is normal to have a slightly longer menstrual period if you completely missed your period last month. How is your bleeding now? Is it lighter than it was one week ago? If it doesn't seem to be getting lighter, please contact your doctor to see if s/he recommends taking an iron supplement or if s/he wants to see you in his/her office.
Best of luck,
Rosa
