Hello,
Before four months i got sick, went to emergency, did check up, everthing was fine, from that time i feel everthing is boring, cry alot, my body shake, and did again all kind of B test , it was okay , even Vitamin D3 it is increase which mean it is good.
I read alot regard serotonin hormone if it is less in our brain can cause
depression, do i need your help, so i don,t want to take tablet.

We cannot diagnose you on Empowher. You may want to go to your doctor for possible depression issues as you may need prescription medications that can only be provided by your doctor. Please keep us posted.
