my back hurts on one side it burns and ive been feeling dizzy and nautious lately whats wrong with me?

I don't know. The three symptoms of back pain and burning sensation, dizziness and nausea may not be related to one problem, but separate problems.

Make an appointment to be evaluated by your primary care physician or visit your local health clinic.
