my both fellopin tubes are out. i have a son of 5yrs 9months. i want a baby girl. how can i consive further.

In general women who have their Fallopian tubes removed cannot conceive without vitro fertilization.  The doctor who knows your medical history the best will be able to step you through what are the best steps to take.
