Hello Anon
Thank you for writing.
You may be cramping in your sleep. Do you ever wake up with pain?
There are many other reasons for leg cramps.
• Standing for a long time (especially on concrete)
• Sitting for a long time
• Too much exercise
• Low in potassium, calcium, and magnesium
• Being dehydrated
• Medicines, such as blood pressure drugs, diuretics, oral contraceptives, antipsychotics, statins, and steroids
Massaging your legs can help. Contact your doctor for help - an examination and/or testing is needed to know what's causing this pain, especially is cramping is not the cause.
