Guide

Hello and thank you for choosing EmpowHer,
First of all, using crystal meth regularly can reduce a women's fertility making it harder for her to get pregnant. Also not having a regular period makes it more difficult to get pregnant.
It is possible for your girlfriend is not pregnant. However if she is, the drugs can severely effect the fetus. In order to prevent that, she would need to stop taking meth immediately.
Unfortunately, taking a pregnancy test is the only way to find out if she's pregnant or not.
If she is not willing to take a pregnancy test, only time will tell. If her belly continues to grow, in a few months it will be obvious that she's pregnant.
Below I have pasted a link to a HER article that talks about infertility and what causes it.
