Maryann - Great advice :)

Anonymous - This has happened to me while running! As Maryann suggests, it was because I was dehydrated due to running outside in the Arizona heat. Keeping hydrated and eating a piece of fruit before exercising/running has helped!

Hello Anonymous,

Are you experiencing blurred vision while exercising? Is this what you describe as your eyes crossing? Do you experience this at any other time or only during exercise?

Blurred vision when exercising can be caused by low blood pressure or hypotension. Dehydration and a lack of nutrients can lead to this.

Give this a try: when it happens, stop exercising and allow your body to rest. Keep hydrated before and while exercising by drinking water. Eat a healthy diet, particularly a healthy snack before exercising.
