my feet hurt to stand walk touch they even hurt to touch the bed and if feels like shooting pains are going through them what should I do?

Can you give us a little more information? Like-- how long this has been going on? Have you injured your feet or was this all of a sudden? Any previous issues/discomfort of your feet?
