My heart beat fast occassionally

I do experience my heart beat faster and thus causing me pains in my right arm. i also experienced pains in my heart area. I also experience my fingers shaking as well like i am panicking. I started to notice this occurence when a loved was hospitalised in emergency hospital. Does anyone know what might be wrong with me?

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Besides arm pain, other symptoms of a heart attack can also be fatigue, palpitations, confusion, cold sweat and many other.  You need to see your primary care physician and explain all your symptoms.  With the right testings, he can let you know the cause of your arm pain.
