My last period was on the 1st of Feb 2010. I get cramps like Im going to get it every month but i doesn't come. Took a HPT hoping to be but it was negative. Could this be stress due to losing my job around the same time? It's never been this late before.

WOW,you are telling me it has been over 5 months since your last period!?Yes,stress can throw your cycle off and/or cause you to miss a period,but it is a bit odd that it has not came at all since Febuary 1st.My best suggestion is to see a Gynocologist and talk to him/her about this and see what is going on and if there is a possibility you are pregnant.If you are trying to get pregnant,that is definately the best thing to do,so you can make sure everything is alright so that can be possible.I wish you the best of luck and hope all turns out well. : )
