Q:

My left eye kind of feels bruised when I blink and the bottom half behind my eyelid is red...there are no bumps I'm not sure what's wrong with it?

Hi,

There are two possible reasons that you are experiencing pain and a reddened conjunctiva.

One possibility is that there is a foreign body irritating your eye. That requires medical intervention by an opthomolgist.

The second possibility is conjunctivtis. Conjunctivitis is the inflammation or infection of the membrane lining  the eyelids, which is called the conjunctiva. Treatment depends on the cause. Viruses are the most common cause of conjunctivitis, but bacteria, allergies and chemical exposure are some other causes.

Either way, consult your physician for evaluation and proper treatment.
