thankyou so much for answering me i am for shore not pregnant i do have IBS but last night i went into bad bad pain i was in a cold sweat from and ready to pass out the meds that works for me did not this time but i kept wakeing up out of a sound sleep because i was in pain and had to run to the bathroom but all day since i have bin awake the pain is not real bad but it comes like contractions like 10 or 20 minuts apart i do

With that information, that you have been diagnosed with IBS, it is clear that the contraction like sensations are related to your bowel condition.
Please, do not suffer any long and report this to your physician.

Is there a possibility that you could be pregnant?
Do you experience these sensations all the time?
Does it happen when you eat? Is it relieved when you have a bowel movement?
