My right leg is extremely swollen and my calve area is super tight and from my inner thigh to my knee is red. When i walk on it it feels like my muscles r clenching together what's wrong

Do you recall injuring your leg at all? Pain and swelling affecting only one lower leg most often occur because of an injury to the leg or a medical condition that affects just that leg.

Several conditions, many of which are serious, can produce these symptoms. Blood clots in leg veins, chronic deep vein insufficiency, infection and lymphatic fluid accumulation are all conditions that may cause just one leg to become sore, swollen, and red.

You need to see a doctor for an evaluation. No one can be diagnosed over the internet.
