My sister has symptoms of burning mouth, back and elbows? What caould be the cause?n

She had been diagnosed many years ago with Addisons's disease. The burning she is experiencing is a fairly recent event and doctors do not know why. Doctors have not been able to figure out what is causing this, any help would be appreciated. My sister is 66 years old.
