My son just found out he has a small lesson and a little bit of blood on the right side of his brain can this be the cause of his anger issues and why us directed towards me

Possibly, if the anger issues are something that is not typical of him and seems to coincide with the diagnosis. His doctor would be better able to answer this for you as he knows the specifics of his condition and the part of the brain being affected.
