Nipple pain complaint

I am about 42yrs old and am experiencing pains on my nipple only. The pain persisted now for about two months but i havent consult any doctor. So please what does this means.

Please read through it and let us know what you think. I also want to point out that if you have any discharge from your nipples or the pain is persistent it is best for you to see your doctor as we cannot diagnose you from our end.
