Ok I started depo after I had my daughter in January 2010 i decided to quit because of weight gain I had my last shot in November 2011 now it's may and still no period m gyn said I should have gotten my period already but I can't go c her because no insurance... Y no period yet?? I'm worried

Hi Anon,
Welcome to EmpowHER. It might be due to the birth control. But there's no way of us knowing what can be causing it. You need to find a hospital or clinic in your area to be examined. You might want to take a pregnancy test if you haven't done so. Many other conditions can also cause changes to your cycle.
