I havent gotten my period in about 2 months now, I took 3 pregnancy test about 2 weeks ago that included a home pregnancy test, and at the doctor's urine and blod test that all cam out negative but I still havent gotten my period, I have cramps here and there but no sign of period yet. Could I be pregnant or how long should I wait to get another pregnancy test done?

Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Pregnancy can be ruled out if all three pregnancy tests produced negative results. What does your gynecologist say about the absence of a period for two months?

Amenorrhea, which is the medical name for a missed period or an absence of one or more periods, is diagnosed when you have missed three menstrual cycles in a row.

Causes include stress and anxiety, excessive weight loss or weight gain, certain birth control pills such as the Depo-Provera injection, and eating disorders, rigorous exercise, certain medications including anti-depressants, hormonal imbalance, and problems with your thyroid gland.
