Guide

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
First of all, nordette is not meant to be taken as emergency contraception. It prevents pregnancy by stopping ovulation, but it must be taken correctly in order to do so.
You symptoms could be side effects of the drug or pregnancy. It would be impossible to determine until you take a pregnancy test.
The are holistic methods of inducing a period but you will need to consult with a professional homeopathic doctor about that.
In the future I suggest taking emergency contraception or using a condom. But keep in mind that emergency contraception is not meant to be taken every time you have sex. If you plan to continue having sex on a regular basis I suggest you consider a more consistent form of birth control such as taking the full 28 cycle of Nordette.
Below I have pasted a link to a HER article which lists birth control options:

I hope that helps.
