Is this normal? cramping to the point of flulike symptoms

For the last week I have started to have the same cramping issues I had when I was around 16. Then I had them for 3 weeks straight at a time, whether on my period or not. OTC tylenol , midol, not even vicodin would touch my pain. I used to get the pains really sharp as well as dull. The past week this time around has been constant dull pains. It def is mid stomach, previously it felt like both ovaries. The pain is almost unbearable,no choice but to bend and push my stomach in to try and stop the pain. It also comes with such vicious nausea to the point I tense and feel it up through my eyes, and sometimes a fever or flashes of heat. II have had only one test done where you drink berry fluid and they watch it go through the reproductive organs(this was 3 years ago) and everything looked fine at the time. i know the only other option is gastrointestinal although I have had no changes in diet for that to happen. What could this be does anyone know?

Hi Anonymous,

Thank you for your question. Your symptoms should really be checked by your doctor. To pin point the exact reason would be hard since there are so many symptoms. The pain you are experiencing is not normal so make a doctors appointment as soon as possible and keep us posted.
