HI Deepali.singhalr,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thanks for your question.  That's great all your test are fine.  I noticed you mentioned pain during your periods.  You might want to ask your doctor about Endometriosis. Some of the symptoms for Endometriosis can be

  •  You may have pain only before and during your periods or all the time. Some women have more pain during sex, when they have a bowel movement, or when their ovaries release an egg (ovulation).
  • Abnormal bleeding. Some women have heavy periods, spotting or bleeding between periods, bleeding after sex, or blood in their urine or stool.
  • Trouble getting pregnant (infertility).
  •
  •  Other Causes of irregular menstrual cycle is mostly related to stresses, tension, ingested medications and caffeine, a substance that disrupt corpus luteum function or even act as anticoagulant blood thinners, birth control pills, low body fat, losing a lot of weight, or being overweight. Stress or very hard exercise also can change your cycle.
