Pains in my right leg

Ive been having a pain or a dull crap feeling in the right leg now for a few days its gradually getting worse i dont recall falling or banging it, the pain starts inside my right hip and goes down my leg to just past the knee, my leg is cold and my foot feels a little numb but has no rashes or known marks, i have been walking fine until today when its stared to make me limp a little. Any ideas what it could be and if i should bother my GP with this or not. Thank you :)

I'm so glad you are on EmpowHer!
Your GP and their staff is there to help you and provide care for you. If the pain is a concern, I would definitely call them to ask what they think it could be. Are you having any other symptoms besides for the leg cramp/pain? How active are you? Do you sit a lot during the day?
When I was pregnant, I had a bit of trouble with my sciatic nerve, the pain would radiate up the back of my right leg, and tingle. I was almost frozen in pain when it would flare up. I know how leg pain can be excruciating. Here is a posting from last year that may at least shed some light about what "could" be going on, see if it sounds familiar to your experience:
