hello i am unmarried girl, i have a physical relation with my bf but we broke up in April of this year. in July i was a feeling of pregnancy, i go for ultrasound and beta hcg test both were negative. but now i have pain in my tummy, i go for pelvis ultrasound. according to the report "there is a perception of rounded area near right ovary, seen separate from the ovary which is not showing any internal peristalsis and not elongating on change in probe orientation, measuring 1.3 * 2.0 cm".

further in the last under the heading of IMPRESSION, there is stated that
Findings are suggestive of illdefined bulky posterior wall of uterus , with illdefined junctional
zone , concerning for adenomyosis .
A rounded area separate from the right ovary can be a bowel shadow , however there is
possibility of an endometrioma .
Thus needs further assessment with MRI pelvis to establish definitive diagnosis

what does it mean???? is there any chances of ectopic pregnancy?
please help me out.

Hello mahiway

Thank you for writing.

We do not interpret lab results for our readers.

If pregnancy was not mentioned in your results, there is no pregnancy. If you had an ectopic pregnancy you would have been told immediately. Please call your doctor's office for a full explanation of your results.
