I am 32 yrs and it's approx 1 yr now when we started planning for a baby, no result yet but what I found that after 2-3 months of our unprotected sex my period become so irregular. That cycle used to 28 days but then went to 32-41 days long, and now m noticing in last few months tht bleeding is not that heavy, it just so less and end in 3rd to 4th day. Otherwise before this baby planning I used to have normal bleeding lasts for 6-7 days.
I am feeling it too strange as my life is as normal as it was and no noticeable tension or change, except baby expectation evry month.

Hi Anonymous,
I am a little confused about your question. It appears to me that you are explaining that you are very angry over the trials of life right now? Are you having a hard time finding a job, having bad thoughts?

Can we try and help you? Please let me know.

Anonymous,

Thank you for responding. As Allison mentioned, periods do not change due to your sexual activity. Keep us updated on your baby progress. Have you been checking your ovulation cycles to have a better chance at conceiving?

Hi,
It can be an exciting, and anxiety-ridden, time of your life trying to conceive. You said you have been baby "planning" for a year, and I am unsure if this means you have been actively engaging in unprotected intercourse for a year?

Periods do not change from having more frequent sex. I am wondering if you noticed your periods changing due to:
1. Stopping hormonal contraception (were you previously on the pill or other hormonal contraception?)
2. Noticing and tracking periods (whereas previous to trying to conceive, you would not have paid as close attention to slight differences in your period)
