I started the pill on what i thought was my pregnant, when my placebos came i had 4 days of withdrawl bleeding, will this rule out pregnancy

Typically menstrual related bleeding such as withdrawal bleeding is an indicator that a woman is not pregnant. You can always double check by taking a home pregnancy test to ease your mind.
