Whenever you have unprotected sex, especially during your ovulation days, you have a higher chance of becoming pregnant. If you typically get your period every 28 days an are 8 days late this cycle, you could very well be pregnant.

However, the only way to know for sure is to take a pregnancy test. I would buy a pregnancy test from the store to see what it says. You can also visit your doctor and take a pregnancy test there.
