presure on my vagina/ if i sit or lay down i am fine. try walking around very painful.just started 1 hour ago?

Is this pain IN your vagina? The vagina is a canal inside the body that leads to the cervix. Or are you having pain outside the body, in your genital region?

If this just started, it's impossible to know why - did you ride a bike or doing anything to hurt this area? If this is out of the blue, you will need to have an examination done to know more.
