Some chiropractors tell me I may need an adjustment on my lower back to cure RLS. Could this be true?

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Some of the treatment for mild RLS can be:

Avoiding tabacco, caffeine, Alcohol

Get regular exercise

massage the leg or arm and use heat or ice packs

If the symptoms are more severe, then you might need medication.  You need to discuss with your doctor what would be the right treatment for you.
