Saying this to my doctor does it sound harsh or rude?

Hi, I'm going to see my doctor tomorrow for follow up for the matter of under arm and breast pain and I want to tell him something serious but not in a way to be or sound rude. I just want to say this to him in a serious way to make him understand me. This is what I want to say to him "I swear in every possible way that I actually feel sharp pain under my arms and it's not like I'm making this up, I really do feel pain and I'm not someone that can tolerate pain". Does it sound in anyway rude or something? I just want to make him to understand me and of course nothing rude.
