Every sexual encounter i have i experience physical sexual anxiety i think, or at least that's what I'd use to describe it. I cant breath, i start to shake furiously and then i feel this feeling in the pit of my stomach and i actually vomit. My face becomes numb and i cant feel my finger tips. the father i go the more i feel like im going to vomit and pass out. i can not get passed this and i dont even know what this is. I just want to be able to have sex without it always ending with me as a crying, hysterical mess.

Sex is so much more about our emotional and mental selves, and we need to be sure your emotional and mental health is at their best.

If you are crying, hysterical, feeling like you are going to vomit and pass out...can you tell us more about your relationships with your sexual partner(s)?

How long have you been sexually active?

How long have you been experiencing this type of anxiety before any sexual activity? And...is it "any" sexual activity, or are you fine kissing, touching...but before sexual intercourse is when you experience this anxiety?

Have you experienced any physical or sexual abuse in your past?

Do you experience anxiety, or feel sad or depressed, in other areas of your life?

Can you tell us how old you are?
