Thank you for writing.
Your oxygen is very low and so is your heart-rate, as I am sure you know.
You may have diminished lung capacity due to an issue with your respiratory system or a heart condition - both can cause your symptoms. You could also be anemic. Your doctor can perform a series of tests to know why you are having these symptoms.
