Hi, i have sleep apnea and I'm using the cpap , but ts not working with me , and I'm looking for a good solution , to have a batter sleep.

Hello and thank you for sharing your question.

To begin with, these are tips that may help in general:

  • losing weight (if overweight)
  • avoid alcohol and sleeping pills
  • change sleeping positions
  • stop smoking
  • avoid sleeping on your back

If none of these things apply to you, you may want to try an implantation device called Inspire.  It consists of a small pulse generator placed under the skin in the upper chest.  You use a remote control to turn it on and off.
