Some kind of skin problem on my neck

Its been about a year now i get these red circles that are big like a patch, there flat and they dont hurt but i noticed they go brown after a few days and are spreading, please help i dont no what it is to treat and i dont want to make it worse

Thank you for your question. Have you been seen by a doctor yet? The first thing that comes to mind is that it may be possible ringworm but this is just a guess based on what you are explaining.

Please let us know more information from what your doctor has explained to you about the condition.
