Sudden severe pain in my pinky toe and down my foot

Thought it was some kind of a sting but it is still severe pain and down the side of my foot it's burning stabbing awful pain there is no Bite marks and we didn't see any kind of an insect have taken a lot of ibuprofen Benadryl and nothing is helping it happened about eight hours ago

The first though is that it's a sting or bite and it may be invisible to the naked eye. If this pain is still severe, you will need it to be seen by a health professional. An alternative to a bite is that this is nerve pain or you broke/fractured a bone without realizing it. I hope you feel better soon.
