Anytime you have unprotected sex, regardless of when it is in your cycle, you have a chance of pregnancy.

It is a myth that women can have unprotected sex and then stand, sit, hop, run, jump, squat, etc, to get the sperm out. Some semen will leak out of your vagina, but sperm are fast little swimmers and during ejaculation can already be near your cervix (where they pass through to your uterus).

If you had unprotected sex less than 120 hours ago, you can take emergency contraception to lessen your chances of pregnancy. Let me know if you have any questions about this!
