Took next choice help!

So first of all, i get stressed out really easy.
I ended my last period on july 2nd or 3rd, and ended up having protected sex on july 4th, the condom did not have holes or leaks because we checked by filling it up with water, and he didn't "finish". So I took next choice asap on that same day ...and took the other tablet 12hrs. Then on July 7th, I had a brownish discharge and started to have period like symptoms and began bleeding till the 11th or 12th and then took a pregnancy test on the 20th and it came out negative. I was still paranoid because i don't know when i will have my next period. I took another Pregnancy test that evening today and it came back negative. So what's going on?

I'm just really stressed and scared.

If I took a morning after pill and bled after taking it. Is that my period? again.

and when you mean irregular? do you mean missed.

because after taking it, i didn't get my normal cycle that usually start 20-30th of the month.

All I can say is that my period began on june 27th and ended on July 2-3rd. Then took next choice on july 4th and began bleeding again on july 7th to 11th.

So can you make it clear for me. Sorry I'm just so confused. I always read the instructions when it comes to medications. But Morning after pill is just too confusing.

Hi mariejon,

Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. Once you take Plan B, you will have irregular periods for at least two cycles. If you took a pregnancy test and it came out negative, you should be safe.
