We will need to have a bit more information in order to give a good answer.  Perhaps a different term than "discrete" was used in the test results.  That term is not a common term when talking about the ovaries.

Have you had a surgery recently?  Do you have any ovarian issues in the past?  This kind of information will give us a better understand of your situation.
