Every time I work by pine trees and mulch my lips swell up for weeks .I've tried everything but can't get it healed

This kind of unexplained swelling could be due to allergies. Did you eat something you don't normally eat yesterday? It's possible it's from insect bites too. If this doesn't clear up today, see medical help.
