Hello,
I had unprotected just over a week before my last period. I got my period it was the same as usual when i got it, but now i'm over a week late on my next period? i couldn't tell you the last time i was late for a period, i never am. At least never more then just a day. I dont want to think that i am pregnant because me and my ex boyfriend just drank and ended up having sex that night. Is it possible to be pregnant for having unprotected sex just over a week before your normal period, still getting that period, but possibly missing the next one?!
please give me your insight and knowledge on what you think may be the cause, and if you think it would be to early to get a pregnancy test ? should i wait it out and see if its actually missed?

Welcome to EmpowHER. Depends, if you had unprotected sex your chances are higher. You will need to wait a few more days and take a home pregnancy test or see your doctor for blood work.to know if you are pregnant.
