Weird cycle

Hi I’m pretty sure I’m not pregnant but here it goes.
I hope it’s ok if I don’t use my name. I have used this site before but I just need to clarify some issues. I was s. Assaulted back in August- no penetration just simply fingering but no idea if he had anything on his hands.

I started my period as normal every month until Nov when I began spotting mid cycle for two days. Again, started to spot from the 28th - 3rd Dec. Was light so took it as a really light period. Then again on the 9th Dec which resulted to another fully blown period. Went for an Ultra sound and BHCG twice. My blood results were 2.4 the first time, then 2.2 the second time and my ultra sound showed some sort of small cyst. I’ve been taking pregnancy tests in between- they all are negative so from my side I have done possibly everything to try and find out.

My period is due any day but because of a messed up cycle last month I don’t exactly know when I need to counting from- is it from the day I noticed blood? I have no symptoms just a little bit of cramping and just feel crappy and agitated which I normally do during my lutheal phase anyway. Is there any chance now that could be pregnant if the only sexual encounter I had was in August?

I know it could be anxiety but just had to ask about this
