I am a woman who is undergoing treatment for breast cancer. I watched Dr. Abrams video regarding supplements to take. He mentioned that one should supplement their deep cold water fish intake with Omega 3s. I did not hear how many mg of Omega 3s one should consume daily. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi bbkk,

If you are a healthy adult, taking Omega 3's to replace your fatty acids in fish, then you can simply follow the instructions on the label of whichever Omega 3 bottle you decide to purchase. If you have certain health conditions that you're worried about, please consult with your doctor or pharmacist to determine an accurate dose for you.

Best wishes,

Rosa
