Hello Anon
Thank you for writing!
There are many issues that can cause cramps in the body.
Since your cramps span a lot of your body, the most obvious cause is dehydration. Make sure you are drinking enough water every day - at least 8 glasses. as well as other kinds of drinks. Fruits and vegetables are good for hydrating the body.
Cramps can also be caused by a lack of magnesium or potassium. Blood tests can see if you are low in magnesium and there are supplements you can take.
Other causes can be poor blood circulation or a problem with the spine or neck.
If this has been going on with you for some time, schedule an appointment with your doctor to determine the exact cause so you can begin treatment.
