what could it mean if I crash (severe fatigue) in the early to late afternoon each day? I become weak and achy

Hi Anonymous,

If you have been diagnosed with CFS or CFIDS, then this is likely why you are crashing and feeling achy/weak.

Are you on any medications or treatments?
