Hello Madam,

I have breast pain ( the left ) side since 2 years. I went to doctor and I did
ultrasound, and found polycystic, she prescription evening primrose oil to ease the pain, which cause me bloating at the same time + avoid caffeine and do exercise.
After finished the capsules the pain is gone, and that time i had another check up, i didn't go because i don't have pain.

The pain start again two weeks ago, and today was my appointment

and she prescription evening primrose oil and asked me to stop talking multivitamin
which contain plant hormone which cause breast pain.

Please help

Thank you

Yes you can take them both on the same day. But make sure you call your doctor to inform him, every medication whether it's herbal or prescribed should be notified to your doctor.

Omega 3's are also sold in capsule form, you can take those if you can't tolerate it in liquid form.

Hi Anon,

I don't see any harm in taking the omega 3's with cod liver oil but you may want to verify with your doctor first. Keep us posted,

Rosa

Hi Anon,

Do you mean Fibrocystic Breast Condition? Fibrocystic breasts are characterized by lumpiness and usually discomfort in one or both breasts. The condition is very common and benign, meaning that fibrocystic breasts are not malignant (cancerous).

Usually, treatment for this is relief of symptoms-- so, as long as you are following your doctors instructions and they seem to be working as far as pain is concerned then you are okay. Always go to your follow up appointments-- even if you feel better.

Here's a great website to explain FBC more in depth:

Best Wishes,

Rosa
