Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

Blood tests are given for many, many reasons. What were they looking for with your blood test?

An international normalized ratio (INR) test is taken to guage the thinness/thickness of blood. Is this the test taken?

If so, it means your test result of 4.8 means you have very thin blood and may experience internal bleeding.

However, since we don't know what the test was for, we can only speculate. Please let us know more-
Best,
Susan
